Inside Hudson, Issue #1
September 2, 2026

Hello, Hudson. It's Wednesday, September 2, and this is the very first issue of Inside Hudson. Thanks for being here from the start.

In the news today, construction has begun on 120 more affordable senior apartments off McDowell Way, health officials have flagged the water at Robert J. Strickland Memorial Park, and Sheriff Nocco is ending the county's license plate reader program at the end of the month. SunWest Park also has new trails open after hurricane repairs.

Looking ahead, Jeep night rolls into the Lazy Lizard this afternoon, and Circle S BBQ on US 19 has its own Jeep and Truck Night on Friday with Remedy playing. Ezee Dogs is at the Lakeside Clubhouse tonight, Fivay seniors paint their parking spots Saturday, and there is live music up and down the coast through Friday. Have a great Wednesday, and welcome aboard.
