Inside Hudson, Issue #17
September 18, 2026
Good morning, Hudson. It's 90 today with a stray storm possible, and the rain chances climb through the weekend, with Saturday the drier of the two days.
Hudson High threw a pancake breakfast this week for a genuinely large number: 438 students passed 856 AICE exams and banked 2,568 college credits between them, and the teachers did the cooking. Over at Fivay, fire science instructor Steven Smith picked up an honorable mention for the Tampa Bay Times Educator of the Year, and yearbooks are on sale.
This weekend: a free seminar on native plants Saturday at 10 on Hays Road, the Kiwanis comedy night fundraiser Saturday evening at the Elks Lodge on Denton, and bike night tonight at Circle S BBQ. If you have never walked Aripeka Sandhills Preserve, it is 210 acres and it is right here.

Elon's new company is private. These 3 tickers aren't.
The next Apple may already exist. Insider sources say Elon has spent two years building a secret device inside Tesla's facilities — one he claims will be "10x bigger than the largest product in history."
There's just one problem: the company is private, and unless you know Elon personally, you can't buy a single share. That was true until Guardian's research team found three public ticker symbols sitting in the launch supply chain.
Click here to see all 3 tickers, free of charge.
You won't hear these names on CNBC — Wall Street hasn't published a word on the connection. But when the launch hits September 21, that quiet ends.
Some are already calling this the biggest opportunity since AI. For anyone who missed Apple before the iPhone, this may be a second look at that kind of setup.
